Teaching Assistant Level 3

Responsible to: Senior Leadership Team
We are looking for candidates who:
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school setting
• Can confidently lead or support intervention sessions
• Understand the importance of inclusive practice within the classroom and wider
school
• Work constructively and collaboratively as part of a team, showing initiative and
professionalism
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Are warm, caring and empathetic with a good sense of humour and team spirit
